How does the AI generate defense responses?
Our AI analyzes the chargeback reason code, your transaction data, delivery confirmation, and any evidence in your vault. It then generates a professional, factual response letter tailored to fight that specific dispute.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Supabase with row-level security, encrypted connections, and never share your data. Your Stripe credentials are stored securely and used only for dispute sync.
How is this different from Chargeflow?
Chargeflow charges 25% of every recovered amount. Disputifier takes 20%. We charge a flat monthly fee starting at $149/mo, or 10% of recovery on our Enterprise plan. For a merchant with $50K in chargebacks, that's the difference between $12,500/year and just $3,588/year with our Pro plan — or $5,000 with Enterprise.
What payment processors do you support?
Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, and Braintree — all supported natively. Connect any of them in seconds.
What about AI shopping agents buying on my site?
When an AI agent buys on behalf of a cardholder (Visa Trusted Agent Protocol), we capture its cryptographic signature at checkout, verify it against the agent's published key, and store the evidence. If that purchase is ever disputed, the proof is automatically attached to your defense and exportable as an issuer-facing PDF bundle. Installation is one npm package or a Cloudflare Worker paste. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We never cut off access mid-cycle.
